Jacob Sapochnick

Jacob leads the Law Offices of Jacob J. Sapochnick in San Diego. He focuses on U.S. business immigration, helping founders, professionals, and companies of every size with work and investment visas.

He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, speaks at immigration conferences in the U.S. and abroad, and has been quoted by newspapers and radio shows worldwide. He earned his law degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and an LL.M. in international and comparative law at California Western School of Law.

Anna Fadul

Anna is the managing attorney for PassRight clients. She began her career as a lawyer in Brazil, where she practiced civil law and litigation, and moved to the U.S. in 2018 to take her work further.

She earned a Master's in Comparative Law at California Western School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2022. For Anna, working with immigrants has been an enriching and life-changing experience.
